Our Consortium of Expertise
We focus on Institutional Strengthening and Individual capacity building through our specialised field of Competency Based Training. We work towards maintaining standards and pushing the boundaries to increase the level of competencies amongst individuals. We believe, it is the individual who drives the organisation and, we pride ourselves in providing required skills and knowledge in which the individual can use to drive the organization, themselves and the society.
Education, Training and Workshops
We can do training and coaching in; Leadership, Governance and Organisational Change Management including Behaviour Change. Micro Finance and Business Management and Financial Literacy, Eco-Tourism Training and Economics, Information Communication Technology, Curriculum Standards and Development including Quality Assurance, Coaching and Mentoring.
This includes training such as; Leadership and Influence, Team Building and Bonding. Negotiation and Conflict Resolution, Performance Review. Strategic Transitioning Workshops, Strategic Planning and Change, Process Reengineering Workshops, Financial Literacy and Community Up skilling.
Research and Development
We can do Project Management. Monitoring and Evaluation, Fact Finding, Community and Social Mapping including Feasibility studies. We do data gathering, analysis both qualitative and quantitative analysis and compilation, reporting and presentation. We focus on translation of reports into tangible outcomes that is easily understood and translated for the purposes of strategic planning and implementation.
